Short tip that was just sent in my mailbox from Michael: encryption of text in Evernote .Is so far eluded it. Select text to encrypt> context menu> Text. There is a dialog in which you eingebt your password.
The text is no longer visible within Evernote, only a blackened box appears, which you can convert by typing the password again in the text. Only works with text, not with all attachments or notes, but only with selected text.via[Caschy]
