Samsung confirms that the Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab wont be getting the latest Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. The reason for this was explained by Samsung saying that the combination of TouchWiz skin, video calling features, widgets and localisation as a hindrance for a possible update. Another reasoning is the lack of available memory capacity. But there is always a way to get the Ice Cream Sandwich to your beloved Galaxy S and Tab unofficially!
Or it is time to get the Galaxy Nexus!!!
